Step 1: Reflection (so you don’t repeat the same mistake)
We start by looking back: what went wrong last time you tried to transfer clients? 
Because if we don’t fix the cause, you’ll just recreate the drama with a new client.

Step 2: The 3 Client Categories (this changes everything)
You’ll sort clients into:
1. Homing Pigeons
2. Hold Their Hand
3. Non-Believers
(And once you do this, you’ll stop treating every client like they’re the same.)

Step 3: Share the Load (start with the lowest-hanging fruit)
You’ll choose one service to transfer first, decide who delivers it, and calculate how much time that frees up.

Step 4: The Soft Skills Map (the “Lisa stuff” you do automatically)
Clients don’t stay because of the technical.
They stay because of the tiny things you do that make them feel seen.
We’ll list those “unnoticed” soft skills and build a training plan your team can actually follow.
